Staff are very caring and checking every time to ensure you have no concerns and worries. They never give you the impression that you are a nuisance and will answer even the minor question you ask.

All the staff are kind, considerate, cheerful and very willing to explain about any concerns we might have. It is always meticulously clean. Over the many years I have been attending things have improved to make us more comfortable. Tea, coffee etc is greatly appreciated.
